The Magenta brand will remain as a division of McFarlan Rowlands and continue to offer unparalleled commercial insurance solutions for Childcare, Children’s Education and Children’s activities. McFarlan Rowlands currently has two other niche commercial insurance programs, their Mental Health Group Program for mental health professionals and Medallion Group Insurance exclusively for first responders. We look forward to combining strengths and growing our programs with McFarlan Rowlands.  

A key factor in this decision was maintaining independent, local ownership that will guarantee the continuance of unbiased service to our customers. McFarlan Rowlands shares with us a client-centric approach, and we feel that joining McFarlan Rowlands allows us to preserve our tradition of service excellence.

What does this mean for me?

Magenta will carry on business as usual for the remainder of 2021. In January, our Magenta commercial insurance and personal insurance clientele will begin seeing the McFarlan Rowlands brand as our two organizations integrate. The Magenta brand will not disappear, but instead remain as a division of McFarlan Rowlands catering to our childcare program. Your current coverages will remain in effect with no changes to premium or coverage for the current term of your policies.

Please note, if you are a personal lines client you may begin seeing McFarlan Rowlands on your renewal policy documents in the months leading up to 2022.

It is our goal to take the very best of Magenta and combine it with the very best of McFarlan Rowlands to make our client experience an even greater one moving forward!
